During the P90X Yoga X workout, you’ll be doing about 38 different moves in about a hour and a half. All you really need for this P90X workout is a yoga mat, towel, water, & yoga blocks (for beginners like me). This was the first time that I’ve really tried doing yoga.

The “P90X2 Yoga” workout is only 67 minutes. This may seem somewhat long, but when compared to Yoga X from the original P90X, this is 100 times better. That workout was around 1 hour and I think 30 minutes. So it was LONG! The length of that workout was the biggest complaint I’d hear, and one of my only beef’s with that workout.
