This route includes 17 trails. This route climbs 5,345 ft with a max elevation of 4,197 ft then descends -7,478 ft. Monday – Off/Rest Day Tuesday – 1.5-2 hour endurance run Wednesday - .5-1 hour recovery run Thursday – 1.5-2 hour run with Q1 workout Friday - .5 hour recovery run Saturday – 3-8 hour run with Q2 workout Sunday – 2-3 hour run.
